Introduction to the functions of each part of the fully automatic edge banding machine:
Pre-milling: Use double milling cutters to re-modify the corrugation marks, burrs or non-vertical phenomena caused by panel saws and cutting saws to achieve better edge sealing effects. This makes the edge banding strip and board fit more closely, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.
Glued edge sealing: Through a special structure, the edge sealing plate and edge sealing material are evenly coated with glue on both sides to ensure a stronger adhesion.
Qi Tou: Through precision linear guide motion, automatic template tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor rapid cutting structure, the cutting surface is guaranteed to be smooth and flat.
Fine trimming: All adopt automatic template tracking and high-frequency and high-speed motor structure to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate are flat and smooth. Used to repair and remove excess edge-banding material on the upper and lower sides of the edge-banding strip of processed panels. The finishing knife is an R-shaped knife. It is mainly used for PVC and acrylic edge strips of panel furniture. Edge strips with a thickness of 0.8mm or more are preferred.
Shaving: Used to eliminate ripple marks caused by the non-linear cutting process of trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the plate smoother and neater.
Polishing: Use a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate and make the edge end surface smoother through polishing.
Slotting: used for directly grooving wardrobe side panels, bottom panels, etc., reducing the process of panel sawing and making it more convenient and faster; it can also be used for grooving the aluminum edges of door panels.
