Common faults and maintenance of edge banding machines

1. Electrical failure. Including the host stalling, not heating up quickly, program disorder, etc., if not eliminated in time, the motor and heating tube will be burned out, or even the entire mechanical system will be damaged. During maintenance, the main inspection is to check the electrical control box, motor, heating tube, delay device, etc. This kind of maintenance generally needs to be repaired by professionals or by the manufacturer.

2. Gas circuit failure. Including air valve failure, air leakage, low air pressure, cutter and feeder not working, etc. The main purpose is to check the integrity of various pneumatic components. Replacement of parts can be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer's technical personnel.

3. Mechanical failure. Mainly include transmission failure, uneven gluing, feeding failure and cutter failure, etc. Mainly check the integrity and firmness of each mechanical component and whether the transmission part is offset.

4. Bonding failure. Such as failure to stick, deviation, entrainment, etc., this is a comprehensive failure related to the glue shaft, edge banding, sol, base material and operation. This kind of failure may occur alternately or singly, and the specific repair depends on the situation.
